About Oakshire Homes

Generally speaking, we can close as soon as title work is free and clear. It usually takes 10 to 14 business days to do so. However, we can always extend closing to meet your specific needs or put it on a rush if you need to close fast. 

We use the standard Texas Real Estate Commission contract that is promulgated by the State of Texas.  These are the same forms that realtors use to buy or sale houses.
